This blend celebrates 10 years of Cat & Cloud coffee, blending their passion for the Honduras coffee community (see: our Best Friends Club ) and complex coffee profiles. 60% comes from Best Friends Club member Nelin Guzman, 40% from Ethiopia's Mulish washing station – together, our thank-you letter to the growers and guests who make this cup possible. Experience : Expect an intensely fruity first sip. Green apple, strawberry, bright and sparkling. As it cools, sweetness builds and the mouthfeel turns smooth and velvety, finishing decadent and lingering like dark chocolate. This coffee is perfect for the enthusiast who loves bright, fruity, complex coffees.
