Inspired by easy mornings and gentle beginnings, Sunnyside Breakfast is a smooth, satisfying, and approachable medium roast that offers a perfect first sip to greet the day ahead with uplifting possibility. Components: Guatemala: Region Atitlan; Producer Multiple producers; Variety Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra; Milling Washed. The foundation coffee of Sunnyside Breakfast was grown on the slopes surrounding the legendary Lake Atitlán, providing a naturally bright, structured, and rich base. Colombia: Region Boyaca, Cundinamarca; Producer Multiple producers; Variety Castillo, Colombia; Milling Washed. To this rich base we add a Colombian coffee with a bright and complex acidity, lending subtle notes of citrus, grapefruit, roasted nuts, and cocoa. Brazil: Region Norte Pioneiro, Paraná; Producer Capricornio Coffees; Variety Bourbon, Mundo Novo, Catuaí, Tupi; Milling Natural. To finish the blend, we add a natural-process coffee from the state of Paraná in Brazil, known for a broad range of seasonal temperatures and outstanding agricultural practices.
