Whether you're brewing for a panel of professional judges or for someone at home who takes their morning cup very seriously, this coffee is built to perform. You already know Wilton Benitez. Granja Paraiso 92, the controlled variables, the obsessive precision, the coffees that make people lose their minds. This time he's brought us a Yellow Tabi, a variety as rare as it is stunning, taken through an anaerobic phase in cherry before moving into a full natural process and drying at a constant 38 degrees.
