Decaf Eye of the Tiger Espresso

Description

Our seasonally evolving decaf espresso blend: light, bright, and always on the move. We work with in-season coffees to develop a decaf blend that shows off the flavors of the component coffees in unique ways. Components: Colombia: Region Cundinamarca; Producer Smallholder producers; Variety Various; Milling Washed. The base of this blend is a beautifully balanced washed coffee from Colombia's Cundinamarca region. Decaffeinated using the chemical-free Swiss Water Process, it contributes a bright and crisp foundation to the blend. Honduras: Region Marcala, La Paz; Producer Café Organico Marcala, S.A. (COMSA); Variety Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Lempira, Ihcafe 90, Pacas, and Typica; Milling Washed. To complement this, we added a full-bodied washed coffee from the COMSA cooperative in Honduras's Marcala region. Decaffeinated using the water process at DESCAMEX in Mexico, it brings depth and richness to the final cup.
